G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (A) and (B) of section 113 of the Finance (No.2) Act, 2009 (33 of 2009), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of September, 2009, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
